We have posted two new articles, both concentrating in amazing stories from the tiny island of Guam during and after world war two.

Hello, as an update to the site we have posted two exciting new articles on two men on different sides of the same war, who had the same experience on the same tiny jungle island.

The first On Radioman George Tweed, the California born sailor who took to the hills to wait for the fleet to return for him when the Empire of Japan attacked and captured his garrison home. What he thought would be a few weeks turned into almost three years of dangerous hiding where the ultimate penalty was exacted for failure.

The second article is on a Japanese soldier that did the same as George when the Americans came back to Guam in 1944. This man, Sgt Shoichi Yokoi remained in the bush for an amazing 28 years until he was finally captured by hunters.
